📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Analyze and interpret educational data using Power BI, Tableau, and Excel to identify trends and patterns.
• Develop and optimize national education programs in collaboration with government officials and stakeholders.
• Create comprehensive reports and dashboards to communicate findings to the board and other stakeholders.
• Conduct research and gather insights to inform program development and improvement.
• Monitor program implementation and evaluate outcomes to ensure alignment with organizational goals.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of educational initiatives.
• Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in education to continuously improve program effectiveness.
• Provide training and support to educators and stakeholders on program implementation and best practices.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Education, Economics, Statistics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in education program analysis or a related field.
• Proven experience with data analysis tools such as Power BI, Tableau, and Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret complex data.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to effectively convey insights to stakeholders.
• Knowledge of Indonesian education policies and regulations.
• Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
