📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Assist in the preparation and analysis of financial reports and projections for property-backed loans.
• Support the underwriting process by gathering and verifying property-related documentation.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify new opportunities in property-backed finance.
• Collaborate with the loan portfolio management team to monitor and manage the performance of property-backed loans.
• Assist in the development and implementation of risk management strategies for property-backed finance.
• Provide administrative support to the finance team, including data entry and coordination of meetings.
• Participate in training programs and workshops to enhance your knowledge and skills in property-backed finance.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in finance or a related field, preferably in property-backed finance.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other financial software.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work well in a team environment.
• Familiarity with property-backed finance regulations and industry standards.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
