• Manage and mentor a team of business development professionals.
• Represent Radicare at industry events and conferences to build brand awareness and network with key contacts.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 10+ years of experience in business development, particularly in the healthcare or wellness industry.
• Proven track record of driving revenue growth and expanding market share.
• Strong understanding of the healthcare landscape and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Proficient in using CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
• Ability to travel frequently for business purposes.
