📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and analyze daily, weekly, and monthly financial reports to identify cost-saving opportunities.
• Track and reconcile expenses, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
• Collaborate with department heads to understand their operational needs and provide cost-effective solutions.
• Prepare and present cost control reports to senior management, highlighting trends and recommendations.
• Implement cost-saving measures and monitor their effectiveness.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and emerging cost control technologies.
• Assist in budgeting and forecasting processes to support the hotel's financial planning.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and procedures related to cost control and financial reporting.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in cost control or financial analysis, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including advanced functions and pivot tables.
• Experience with financial software such as SAP, Oracle, or similar systems.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
• Certification in cost accounting or financial analysis is a plus.
