📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and supervise store staff to ensure high levels of customer service and sales performance.,Develop and implement effective retail strategies to drive sales and profitability.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure accurate stock control to minimize waste and maximize sales.,Train and develop store staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.,Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulations.,Conduct regular store audits to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.,Manage store budgets and expenses to ensure profitability and financial targets are met.,Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors to secure favorable terms and pricing.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a retail management or supervisory role.,Proven track record of successfully managing a retail store or team.,Strong leadership and communication skills.,Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian retail market and industry trends.
