📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conduct site inspections to verify the accuracy of construction work and ensure compliance with project specifications.,Prepare and maintain accurate cost reports, including cost forecasts, actual costs, and variance analyses.,Develop and implement cost control measures to ensure projects are completed within budget.,Coordinate with project managers and site supervisors to address cost overruns and delays.,Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.,Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations on site.,Maintain detailed records of all project-related costs and expenses.,Assist in the preparation of tender documents and cost estimates for new projects.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in construction cost management and project control.,Proficiency in cost estimation, budgeting, and cost control techniques.,Strong knowledge of construction processes, materials, and equipment.,Experience with project management software and tools.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian construction industry practices and regulations.
