Makmur Bimo Cafe & Coffee is seeking a dynamic and experienced Senior Training Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs that enhance the skills and knowledge of our staff. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement training programs to enhance staff skills and knowledge.,Conduct training sessions and workshops to educate staff on new products and services.,Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make recommendations for improvement.,Collaborate with department heads to identify training needs and develop appropriate training materials.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in training and development.,Provide feedback and support to staff to help them improve their performance.,Monitor and report on training program outcomes and progress.,Develop and maintain training materials, including manuals, guides, and presentations.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Education, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in training and development, preferably in the hospitality or coffee industry.,Strong knowledge of training methodologies and techniques.,Excellent communication and presentation skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Certification in training and development is a plus.
