PT Bhakti Digital is seeking a dedicated and professional Security Guard to ensure the safety and security of our office premises in Lubuklinggau, Sumatera Selatan. The ideal candidate will have a strong commitment to maintaining a secure environment and providing excellent service to our employees and visitors.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Monitor and patrol the office premises to prevent unauthorized access and potential security threats.,Conduct regular security checks and inspections to identify and address any security vulnerabilities.,Enforce security policies and procedures to ensure compliance with company and legal requirements.,Respond promptly to security incidents and emergencies, including coordinating with relevant authorities if necessary.,Maintain a visible and professional presence to deter potential security risks and incidents.,Assist in the management of visitor access and security clearances.,Provide support to the HR team in maintaining a safe and secure work environment.,Participate in security drills and training sessions to stay updated on best practices and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

High school diploma or equivalent.,Minimum 2 years of experience in security guard roles, preferably in corporate or office environments.,Strong knowledge of security protocols, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Physical fitness and the ability to perform strenuous activities.,Valid security guard certification or license (preferred but not mandatory).,Good understanding of Indonesian laws and regulations related to security and safety.
