📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Conducting market research to identify customer needs and preferences.,Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Providing exceptional customer service and building strong customer relationships.,Promoting products and services to increase sales and brand awareness.,Managing inventory and ensuring optimal stock levels.,Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to management.,Collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets.,Participating in training and development programs to enhance sales skills.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail sales or a similar role.,Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong organizational and time management skills.,Familiarity with retail software and point-of-sale systems.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of Indonesian market and consumer behavior is a plus.
