Depot Tono Spareparts is looking for a dedicated Distribution Officer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing the distribution of spare parts to our customers, ensuring timely delivery and maintaining high customer satisfaction. This is a remote position, allowing you to work from the comfort of your home while contributing to the success of our company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and coordinate the distribution of spare parts to customers.,Ensure timely delivery of orders to meet customer expectations.,Maintain accurate records of inventory and distribution activities.,Communicate effectively with customers to address any issues or concerns.,Collaborate with the sales and logistics teams to ensure smooth operations.,Monitor inventory levels and place orders for replenishment as needed.,Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to team goals.,Adhere to company policies and procedures related to distribution and inventory management.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Logistics, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in distribution or logistics.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Knowledge of inventory management systems and software.,Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.,Familiarity with remote work tools and platforms.,Valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle for fieldwork.
