📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Oversee daily store operations, ensuring smooth and efficient functioning of the store.
• Manage inventory levels, ordering, and stock control to minimize waste and ensure product availability.
• Develop and implement operational strategies to maximize store performance and profitability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail or hospitality management, with a proven track record of success in a luxury retail environment.
• Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate a team.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with staff, vendors, and customers.
• Proficient in using retail management software, such as Lightspeed, Square, or similar.
