📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and lead a team of sales assistants to ensure they meet their sales targets.,Develop and implement sales strategies to drive revenue growth.,Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met.,Monitor and analyze sales data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.,Provide training and support to sales assistants to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed.,Collaborate with other departments to ensure our products are available and meet customer expectations.,Attend trade shows, exhibitions, and other events to promote our products and build relationships with potential customers.,Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to ensure our sales team is always ahead of the curve.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a sales or sales management role.,Proven track record of success in driving sales and achieving targets.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience in using sales software and CRM systems.,Familiarity with the retail or e-commerce industry is a plus.,Ability to travel frequently to meet with customers and attend events.
