📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and implement financial strategies to support the company's growth and profitability.,Oversee the financial planning and budgeting processes, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.,Lead and mentor a team of finance professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performance environment.,Analyze financial data to identify trends, opportunities, and risks, providing actionable insights to senior management.,Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and reporting requirements.,Manage key financial relationships with external stakeholders, including investors, auditors, and banks.,Develop and maintain strong financial controls and internal processes to enhance operational efficiency.,Prepare and present financial reports to the board of directors and other stakeholders.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.,Minimum of 8 years of experience in financial management, with a proven track record in leading finance teams.,Strong knowledge of financial accounting standards and regulations.,Proven experience in financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.,Excellent leadership and communication skills.,Proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis tools.,Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
