📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the planning and execution of banquet events, ensuring they run smoothly and meet the highest standards of quality.,Coordinate with event planners, vendors, and other staff to ensure all aspects of the banquet are well-organized and executed.,Ensure that all banquet facilities, equipment, and supplies are in good condition and ready for use.,Manage banquet staff, including hiring, training, and scheduling, to ensure optimal performance.,Handle guest inquiries and complaints related to banquet services, ensuring their satisfaction and loyalty.,Monitor banquet operations to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.,Ensure that all banquet events comply with health and safety regulations and guidelines.,Prepare and present banquet reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and areas for improvement.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in banquet operations or a related field.,Proven track record of successfully planning and executing banquet events.,Strong organizational and multitasking skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of health and safety regulations and guidelines relevant to banquet operations.,Familiarity with banquet equipment, facilities, and supplies.,Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field.
