As a Lead Accountant, you will be responsible for managing the accounting department, ensuring accurate financial reporting, and providing financial advice to the management. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the accounting department, including hiring, training, and evaluating staff.,Prepare and review financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Ensure accurate and timely financial reporting to the management and regulatory authorities.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations.,Provide financial advice and analysis to the management to support decision-making.,Monitor and control the company's budget and expenses.,Ensure the accuracy of payroll processing and compliance with labor laws.,Maintain and update the company's accounting systems and software.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and tax laws.,Proficient in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.,Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian accounting standards and regulations is a plus.
