📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day accounting operations, including financial reporting, budgeting, and forecasting.,Ensure the accuracy and completeness of financial records and reports.,Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Oversee the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Provide financial analysis and insights to support business decision-making.,Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.,Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations.,Train and mentor junior accountants and finance staff.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles, GAAP, and IFRS.,Proficiency in accounting software such as SAP, Oracle, or QuickBooks.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Professional certification (e.g., CPA, CMA) is a plus.
