As an IT Data Center Operator, your daily tasks will include monitoring server performance, managing network infrastructure, and ensuring the security and efficiency of our data center. You'll work with industry-leading tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, and PRTG, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues promptly. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Monitor and maintain the performance of servers, storage systems, and network infrastructure.
• Ensure the security and efficiency of the data center, including physical and virtual security measures.
• Implement and manage backup and disaster recovery procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and assessments of data center operations.
• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for data center issues.
• Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration of new technologies and systems.
• Document all data center activities and maintain accurate records.
• Participate in on-call rotations to ensure 24/7 data center availability.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in data center operations, with a focus on server and network infrastructure.
• Certifications in ITIL, PMP, or relevant data center technologies are a plus.
• Strong knowledge of data center management tools such as Nagios, Zabbix, or PRTG.
• Familiarity with virtualization technologies like VMware or Hyper-V.
• Experience with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
