(Hybrid) Restaurant Manager

Space Data Indonesia is seeking a talented and experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Pluit. In this hybrid role, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, ensuring high standards of food and service quality, and driving customer satisfaction.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Tanggung Jawab:

• Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Manage staff schedules, training, and performance to maintain high standards.
• Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and food handling practices.
• Develop and implement marketing strategies to attract and retain customers.
• Monitor inventory levels and ordering to optimize costs.
• Resolve customer complaints and maintain a positive dining experience.
• Participate in team meetings and contribute to strategic planning.
• Ensure all financial transactions and reports are accurate and up-to-date.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Kualifikasi:

• Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in using POS systems and other restaurant management software.
• Knowledge of Indonesian cuisine and dining culture is a plus.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Fluent in English and Indonesian.
