As a Hospitality Host/Hostess, you'll greet guests with a smile, assist with check-ins and check-outs, and ensure their stay is seamless from the moment they arrive. You'll be the first point of contact for our guests, setting the tone for their entire experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a friendly demeanor, and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a lively atmosphere.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Greet guests warmly and provide excellent customer service at the front desk.
• Assist with check-ins and check-outs, including handling keys, room assignments, and billing.
• Provide information about local attractions, dining, and activities to enhance the guest experience.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally.
• Work collaboratively with housekeeping and other departments to ensure a smooth guest experience.
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area.
• Promote special events, promotions, and services to guests.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Minimum 1 year of experience in hospitality, front desk, or customer service roles.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia is required.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Friendly and approachable demeanor.
• Basic computer skills, including proficiency in using reservation systems and guest management software.
• Ability to stand for long periods and handle physical tasks such as carrying luggage.
