As a Deputy Procurement Staff, you will work closely with the Procurement Manager to manage and execute procurement activities, including vendor selection, contract negotiations, and order processing.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the procurement process, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.,Process and manage purchase orders and invoices.,Maintain and update procurement records and databases.,Coordinate with suppliers and vendors to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.,Monitor inventory levels and reorder stock as needed.,Support the Procurement Manager in developing and implementing procurement strategies.,Assist in preparing procurement reports and presenting them to the management.,Ensure compliance with company procurement policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, or related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in procurement or related roles.,Strong knowledge of procurement processes and best practices.,Good understanding of inventory management and supply chain operations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.,Familiarity with ERP systems is a plus.
