📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Prepare and cook a variety of dishes according to recipes and menu specifications.,Assist the head chef in managing the kitchen operations and ensuring food safety and quality standards.,Maintain a clean and organized kitchen, including cleaning and sanitizing equipment and work areas.,Stock and manage inventory of ingredients and supplies.,Assist in training and mentoring junior staff members.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Participate in kitchen meetings and contribute to the development of new menu items.,Handle customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a Commis Chef or similar role.,Proven track record of working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.,Strong knowledge of food safety and hygiene practices.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Good communication and teamwork skills.,Familiarity with local cuisine and ingredients.,Ability to lift and carry heavy objects.,Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
