Hokian Vera Restaurant is seeking a dedicated and experienced Captain to lead our team and ensure exceptional service. As the Captain, you will be responsible for managing the restaurant's operations, training staff, and maintaining a high standard of customer satisfaction. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, including scheduling staff, overseeing food and beverage service, and ensuring cleanliness and safety standards are met.,Train and develop staff to ensure they meet the restaurant's high standards of service and quality.,Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely restocking to maintain efficient operations.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues to maintain a positive dining experience.,Coordinate with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth service.,Maintain accurate records of sales, expenses, and other financial transactions.,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.,Promote a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum 2 years of experience as a Captain or similar role in the hospitality industry.,Strong leadership and management skills.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices.,Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the hospitality industry.,Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.,Proven track record of success in a similar role.
