🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in business transformation, project management, or strategic planning.
• Proven track record of successfully leading and managing transformative projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
• Proficiency in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, or Asana.
• Experience with data analytics and business intelligence tools like Tableau, Power BI, or Google Data Studio.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and inspire teams.
• Fluency in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
