📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage daily store operations including inventory, sales, and customer service.,Oversee staff scheduling and performance to ensure high service standards.,Conduct regular stock checks and manage reordering processes.,Assist in developing and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales.,Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly.,Participate in training and development programs for staff.,Monitor store finances and prepare regular reports for management.,Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat
