In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our HR department with various administrative tasks, employee relations, and recruitment activities. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Assist in the recruitment process, including coordinating interviews, preparing job descriptions, and maintaining applicant records.,Support the HR department in managing employee data, including onboarding, offboarding, and maintaining employee files.,Assist in the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures.,Coordinate employee relations activities, including addressing employee concerns and facilitating training sessions.,Support the HR department in managing leave and attendance records.,Assist in the preparation of HR reports and other administrative tasks as required.,Maintain a high level of confidentiality and professionalism in all HR-related activities.,Contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a HR-related role, preferably in a similar organization.,Strong knowledge of HR policies, procedures, and best practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel and Word.,Familiarity with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.,Ability to work well in a team and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.,Fluency in both written and spoken English and Indonesian is required.
