📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

• Develop and implement nutrition programs that align with the latest guidelines and best practices.
• Collaborate with the culinary team to create menus that are both nutritious and appealing to customers.
• Monitor and analyze nutritional content of food and beverage items to ensure compliance with health and safety standards.
• Provide training and education to staff on the importance of nutrition and healthy eating habits.
• Conduct regular reviews of menu items to ensure they meet nutritional standards and customer preferences.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and innovations in the food and beverage industry, particularly in the area of nutrition.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

• Bachelor's degree in Nutrition, Food Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role within the F&B industry.
• Certification in Nutrition and Dietetics (SND or equivalent) is a plus.
• Strong knowledge of nutritional guidelines and standards, such as those set by the Indonesian Nutrition Society (Masyarakat Gizi Indonesia).
• Experience with food safety and quality assurance processes.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
