📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee daily restaurant operations, including food and beverage service,Manage and train kitchen and service staff to ensure high standards of quality and service,Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations,Maintain high levels of cleanliness and hygiene in the restaurant,Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract and retain customers,Monitor and analyze sales and financial performance, and make data-driven decisions,Contribute to the overall success of the restaurant by implementing innovative ideas and strategies,Manage inventory and procurement to ensure optimal stock levels and cost efficiency

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Minimum of 3 years of experience in restaurant management,Proven track record of success in a similar role,Strong leadership and communication skills,Excellent organizational and time management skills,Knowledge of food and beverage service standards and best practices,Understanding of health and safety regulations in the food service industry,Familiarity with inventory management and procurement processes,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
