The ideal candidate will have a strong background in production management and a passion for optimizing production efficiency. 📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee and manage the production processes to ensure efficiency and quality.,Coordinate with the production team to meet daily production targets.,Monitor and maintain production schedules and ensure timely delivery of products.,Implement quality control measures to ensure products meet standards.,Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify areas for improvement.,Develop and implement production strategies to enhance efficiency and productivity.,Train and mentor junior staff to ensure high performance and adherence to standards.,Maintain accurate records of production activities and performance metrics.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Production Management, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in a production supervision role.,Strong knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.,Proven ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve production targets.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in using production management software and tools.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Familiarity with Indonesian labor laws and regulations.
