📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Develop and deliver training programs to improve employee skills and knowledge.,Identify training needs and design appropriate learning solutions.,Conduct needs assessments and analyze training effectiveness.,Collaborate with managers and employees to understand their development needs.,Stay updated with industry trends and best practices in learning and development.,Evaluate and recommend training tools and technologies.,Create and maintain training materials and resources.,Provide coaching and mentoring to employees.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Education, Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field.,Minimum of 3 years of experience in learning and development or a similar role.,Strong knowledge of training and development principles and practices.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work independently and as part of a team.,Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant training software.,Certifications in learning and development or related fields are a plus.,Fluency in both written and spoken Indonesian and English.
