Bold Diamond Ekspansindo is seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Lead Junior Accountant to join our finance team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing accounting tasks, ensuring accurate financial records, and supporting the finance department in achieving its goals. This is an excellent opportunity for a junior accountant looking to take on more responsibility and grow within the company.

📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage and maintain accurate financial records and ledgers.,Prepare and review financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.,Process payroll and ensure timely payment to employees.,Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure compliance with tax regulations.,Support the finance manager in budgeting and forecasting activities.,Assist in the preparation of financial statements for internal and external stakeholders.,Conduct regular reconciliations of accounts to ensure accuracy.,Provide support in the preparation of annual financial statements.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.,1-3 years of experience in accounting or a related field.,Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices.,Proficiency in using accounting software such as QuickBooks, SAP, or Oracle.,Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.,Strong attention to detail and accuracy.,Good communication and interpersonal skills.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines.
