📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Oversee the construction and maintenance of project sites.,Ensure that all construction projects are completed on time and within budget.,Coordinate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.,Inspect and approve construction materials and methods to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.,Manage and mentor a team of site engineers and supervisors.,Conduct regular site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues.,Develop and implement safety protocols and procedures to ensure a safe working environment.,Maintain strong communication with clients and contractors to ensure project goals are met.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.,Minimum of 5 years of experience in site engineering and construction management.,Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects.,Strong knowledge of construction laws, regulations, and safety standards.,Excellent leadership and team management skills.,Proficiency in using construction management software and tools.,Familiarity with hybrid work arrangements and remote collaboration tools.,Ability to travel frequently for site inspections and meetings.
