📋 Tanggung Jawab Pekerjaan

Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, interviews, and onboarding.,Maintain and update employee records, including personal data, performance reviews, and training records.,Handle employee relations, including resolving conflicts, addressing grievances, and providing support to employees.,Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies related to employment.,Coordinate with department heads to understand staffing needs and plan for future hiring.,Organize and facilitate employee training and development programs.,Manage payroll and benefits administration, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.

🎓 Kualifikasi & Syarat

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.,Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role in the hospitality or HR industry.,Strong knowledge of Indonesian labor laws and regulations.,Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.,Proficiency in English, both written and spoken.,Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.,Experience with HRIS (Human Resource Information System) is a plus.
